How do I track my order?
If tracking information is available on your order, it will be included in the confirmation email you receive when your package ships.

Currently, we offer USPS Priority Mail - a speedy, flat rate mail service.
How do I return an item?
We are confident you will love your KEYPER® product, but if you are not satisfied, please email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we can assist you.
Once the product is returned to KEYPER®, we will happily reimburse you the purchase price upon receipt (excluding the original shipping and handling fees).
We will rescind via the original form of payment as long as its within 45 days of purchase. From there, we can work with you on an exchange.

What is your returns policy?
We will accept returns of unworn merchandise for up to 45 days from purchase for a full refund. Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
