How do I track my order?

If tracking information is available on your order, it will be included in the confirmation email you receive when your package ships.

What are your delivery options?

Currently, we offer USPS Priority Mail - a speedy, flat rate mail service, plus USPS Parcel Select and USPS 1st Class Ground Shipping. 

Order processing can take 1-3 business days before shipping. 

How do I return an item?

We are confident you will love your KEYPER® product, but if you are not satisfied, please email our support team at info@mykeyper.com with your order number and we can assist you.

Once the product is returned to KEYPER®, we will happily reimburse you the purchase price upon receipt (excluding the original shipping and handling fees).

We will rescind via the original form of payment as long as its within 45 days of purchase. From there, we can work with you on an exchange.

NOTE: On personalized products, if we made a mistake in personalizing your product, of course we'll replace it. Otherwise, personalized items cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded..

Do you provide International delivery?

Not at this time.

Can I use more than one coupon?

No. This system won't allow it. You can use any available coupon that you want, however, it cannot be combined with another coupon offer.
